About Us

We brined our Thanksgiving Turkey for the first time in 2009.  We had leftover gravy, not turkey.  Then after some culinary education and lots of cooking and eating we found no equipment specifically designed for the challenges of brining.  The Briner was invented after extensive trial and error creating a vessel and system to make the brining process easy.

Today our products are used by restaurants, caterers, culinary schools, competition cooking teams and backyard chefs all over North America.  We continue to develop new products and expand our distribution network.  Please visit us again soon.
